Aviation experts to meet at Abu Dhabi Global Aerospace Summit

World aviation, aerospace, defence and space industry leaders will meet in Abu Dhabi for the Global Aerospace Summit on 24 May 2022.
The 2022 edition, hosted by Mubadala will adopt ‘Digital Driven Resurgence’ as its main theme as major companies in the global aerospace industry take on rapid transformation towards digital technologies.
The summit will address the impact of digitisation, AI and automation on the efficiency and sustainability of the operation. Furthermore, it provides an in-person platform to allow for successful global trade across the international market.
What is new?
The 2022 event will include sessions on commercial aviation, aerospace, MRO, defence, and space as well as new features including a dedicated start-up programme, encouraging investment in new enterprise and technology, and the Task Force Programme, addressing key challenges facing the industry as identified by the Summit Advisory.
The Future Propulsion Working Group will address the acceleration of adopting new technologies while emphasising investment and infrastructure requirements.
Furthermore, the event will focus on driving partnership opportunities through Bilateral Priority Markets sessions.
The road to recovery
The premier thought-leadership event will discuss the road to recovery for the aviation industry following the pandemic’s unprecedented impact.
The Summit will highlight the need for greater collaboration between governments and carriers to support the growth of the aviation and aerospace sectors.
